Gunfighter grip available for order?

I see that since that since the mark 3 mamba's sold out (I pre-ordered mine already, yay) that the 'vintage' mamba with gunfighter grip has gone up for pre-order. Is there any chance we will be able to order just the gunfighter grip to place on the existing mamba's as well? Wouldn't mind grabbing one for a more old school style stick, though I suppose I can just wait a bit longer for the kg-12 grip if not.
Also looking forward to the warthog grip adapter to have that modern american style grip option, I wonder if there is any chance of getting one that goes the other way, an adapter to put a vkb grip style on a warthog base... I know it doesn't sell more of your bases but there's already a lot of people with warthog sticks and few choices of alternate grips (most have been custom made) so I'm sure there's a market to be tapped. Of course I'm sure there may be a technical reason this isn't possible if so you can ignore me.
