Whats the best way to get in contact with the Costumer Support?
Hi guys as I said in the Black Mamba thread I pre ordered mine 2 days ago and would like to know if its possible to add the warthog adapter to my order.
So I would like to know which is the best way to get in contact with the Costumer Support of VKB FSC Europe?
I already sent them an email but they never replied.
I also looked at their twitter page but the last tweet is from 2013 so its unlikely they will answer me.
And the same goes to the contact form on their website, I sent them my request but they never respond
So could someone please give me an advise want Im doing wrong?
And btw sorry for my bad English (its obviously not my main language)

So about the adapter is it possible to add it to my existing order and pay it separately via paypal? (because I dont want to pay extra shipping fee if I don´t have to)

Yep he canceled my order so I can rebuy it with the adapter

Wait you had to cancel your pre order to get the adapter ? Uhm no way i try to get this stick since more than 1 year i wont cancel it...
There must be another way to simply add it to the order...
What happenes when you canceled it and can't get a new one ???
@ theflyingspacespider when you are unlucky your money is stuck now for around 21 days until you get it back (Delayed withdrawal / Verzögerte Auszahlung).

Ok I hate paypal they hold my money until November 23rd but Eduard said he would keep a Fat Black Mamba with an adapter for me till then so I will get mine
