I have more ideas like
speculation section when we can talk about what will be the next product, if the fonts are to blame for the language of the site, when are going to ban my account etc and if some day we can unify then English and Russian forum.

I really don't think there is enough English speaking traffic to justify many different sub forums. At least not yet anyway.
