For me I want the gimbal and the base, the grip is not really my main focus point, it would be nice if I could get the cougar grip for DCS, but since I only fly the Huey the cougar actually doesn't make much use anyway

Agreed, Mr WHIMington, that gimbal is pretty sweet and the kind of thing I've been waiting for.
