OK shuld have ordered a Stem Max instead of Standard

Postby Stinger22 » Sun Jan 25, 2026 5:34

I sent this inquiry to CS but that can take a few days so I'll post here

OK should have ordered a MAX instead of a standard STEM Throttle. Are these the parts I need to upgrade it?

GNX MFH (Multi-Functional Holder)
STECS ATEM (Auxiliary Throttle Extension Module)
STECS Mini Plus/Max Baseplate

My real question I guess it the baseplate is this need to convert?

Thanks in advance!

So if you start from STECS Standard and want to get to STECS Max you'll need the following:
1. ATEM;
2. MFH;
3. STEM back cover;
4. USB C to USB C cable;
5. STECS Max baseplate.

Thanks adding in the additional baseplate and USB connector brings me to $127 before shipment and justifies just getting the UCM-S for STECS Max (US) except of course it is currently sold out. Sending them a message to make sure they are reordering. Else they note

"This product is not currently available from our US warehouse. Customers can select 1x UCM-S Universal (ships from the US) + 1x UCM Adapter Plate for STECS Max (ships from China) instead."

Which with the STECS ATEM (Auxiliary Throttle Extension Module)

I have a USB cord so those three should get me there.

I currently have a knock off of the MTS type clamps which is going to be a tight fit for a MAX version so might just cool my heels and get the better solution.
