Installing VKB Mk IV Gunfighter to UCM-S gunfighter plate, where do you get the UCM base bottom plate?

PLanning on getting the VKB Gunfighter Mk IV MCE ultimate Tabletop along with a UCM-S mount. I noticed in the video for the MK III gunfighter video it shows a UCM Base Bottom Plate. You are supposed to use that when mounting the gunfighter box below the UCM gunfighter adapter plate. Does that come with the UCM gunfighter adapter plate, or with the Mk IV base. Or did they stop making that all together; and now its just left open if you don't use the large base plate that comes with the Gunfighter Mk IV MCE Ultimate Tabletop?

The small bottom plate is included in the UCM Gunfighter package.
