I was wondering what the quality control entails, if you are able to disclose any of that information.
Explanation of why I am asking. I purchased a right hand flight stick from a different company, who I don't think I should name as I am not here to badmouth them, with the intention of purchasing a left stick if it was nice. The right stick they sent me was missing parts of the main board despite having a qc pass sticker on it. The USBC port was missing and the board didn't seem to be secured properly. I never got a straight answer as to how it was shipped out like that and the whole thing left a bad taste so I started looking elsewhere and found VKB.
I did a quick look through the forum and only saw people complaining about minor cosmetic things which is promising as that sort of stuff wouldn't bother me in the slightest. Those complaints also seemed to be from slightly picky people which I am not.
Thank you for any information you may have.

Re: Qc question
To put it this way, we're pretty paranoid when it comes to QC, like getting parts and assembled units through several pairs of eyes, hands and various computers and specialized scales before getting packed for shipping. On the other hand though, shit happens; now, the rate of that matters - of course the probability of that would be higher when you're a company which steals a design and cut most of the corners when it comes to production (materials and labor quality etc) in order to come out with a price way lower than your competition.
I hope the allegory is not too obscure
but the TLDR is that we're doing our best and is something happen we fix it fast.
