Order Status 50235

Hello, on 11.01.2024 i have placed an order, but i do not get any status update on shipping and no reply to email and support ticket, the UPS Page says "Label Created" and no update there since 2 days.
I got an email from VKB on Monday with shipping Number and "Order Completed" but on UPS Page no update.

Can somone from VKB provide any update there ? i have sent emails, opened a Support ticket and nothing is happening

It's the same for me. Ordered on Jan. 11th, still processing. A UPS ticket was created a couple of days ago, but it's still processing and hasn't been sent. They are probably very busy with orders and/or very short on staff at the VKB store, is my guess.
