Gladiator NXT firmware

I ordered a new Gladiator NXT on January 31st. I think it will be delivered FedEx to me tomorrow. I see on the firmware page there's a new firmware dated January 28th, only two days before my order.
Do you think mine will have that latest firmware?

You don't have to flash every new version, just to keep up. I would say checking for new firmware and flashing every 3-4 months is good enough.

Is there a list somewhere of what was changed/fixed in each firmware release?
