Extension Cable Question/Request

I would like to use my VKB Gunfighter grip on my homemade cyclic control. Can someone tell me if the 3 pin connector is an off the shelf part or something custom made by/for VKB? I need a cable that is about 48" long and it would make life easy if the ends were available. If something isn't available to fit the stock grip/base can someone confirm that the connector in the picture attached is Molex Picoblade? Thanks.
