Gladiator NXT EVO XT2 V2.189 Help with SW1 and EN1

I am trying to play ms flight sim and would like to use the sw1 and en1 as axis in flight sim for aileron trim. I found some threads that were somewhat similar to this but could never get en1 working as an axis. I have currently defaulted the config and it shows as button 23 and 24 when I move en1. Sw1 shows as 25 and 26.

I am clearly doing something wrong here is anyone able to point me to which guide I need to follow to make this work in VKB Device config?

Is there a profile somewhere I could try? I saw some links to some profiles to load but they were all dead links.

You can see the correct procedure here; different device, but exactly the same way to program it.
