Combine - MCG twist axis trimming with STECS encoder

transfer axes from slave to master, and the virtual axis of the master is trimmed
(transfer the MCG brake axis also)
AdrH and AdrL from VKB-Link
axis for external device
2 axis from slave to master axis 6 and 7
Enable axis, Visible in HID
Trimmer - to axis 6
Set
run VKBlink, start calibration on the master and move the linked slave axes also
correct the values if necessary
now the 6th axis of the STECS is the MCG twist axis
and the 7th axis is the MCG Brake Lever
Button settings
Encoder - Trimmer: axis 6
Button - Trimmer Reset: axis 6
