Gladiator NXT EVO SC Premium Calibration

I’m trying to calibrate this by going by the videos and the calibration screen never pops up to go through the control actions. I get 2 yes or no calibrate windows which I click yes to and then nothing else and the blue light on the base blinks. Like I said, no window to do the calibration movements like in the videos. Is this correct or am I missing something?

I get to this part and then only the yes/no pop ups. I click yes twice and then a white screen with the controller info and version. No calibration setting screens.
