SEM-V Flaps bar and Star Citizen master modes programming help.

Good afternoon all,
I have been setting up and programming my new SEM-V for star citizen and have been following the different threads on here about setting up the landing gear etc.
I would like to set up the flaps bar (3 indents) for master modes so that the bottom position is SCM mode, moving to the middle position switches to NAV mode, and moving to the top position engages the quantum drive. During quantum, I would switch back to the middle position to be back in NAV mode and be ready for the next quantum jump, and then from the middle position, move back down to the bottom position to turn SCM mode back.
I hope this makes sense and I hope this is possible.
