STECS module not detected

I purchased the STECS STEM (Standard Throttle Extension Module) as an add-on for my STECS Throttle System - Mini Plus. It is connected via a BUS cable. The module lights up but the buttons are not detected. What am I missing in the configuration procedure?

Show how you connected and a screenshot of the Global-External tab from the configurator.

Click the Find&Show button and show a screenshot of the window. You can try updating the configurator and firmware from here.

I did run the latest firmware and did another calibration. Attached is the Find & Show.

Reset to factory state using the "Default" button in the configurator and re-do Auto-configuration with the corresponding button (appears next to the "Find&Show" button).

Holy cow! That did it! I was afraid I had a bad module. Thanks again, Ron61 for the help. Because of you, I can deliver a gold shipment to a remote station in the Ross 154 system.
