For Christmas my wife purchased the Gladiator NXT EVO premium right hand and the SEM for me. the YouTube tutorial video shows a JST cable being connected that is 3 pins at the joystick base and 4 pins at the SEM. My circuit board in the joystick base does not have a 3 pin connector available (it has one for the actual stick). it does have a 4 pin connector available. So, I attempted the 4 pin to 4 pin connection. The device does not seem to turn on or be recognized by the software. Any help anyone can offer here would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The 4 wires cable is for modules interconnecting. Use the 3 wires module for the Gladiator and plug it like this.

Same issue for me. My new Gladiator NXT/EVO base don't look like the Fallout9's picture. It has a 3 pins for the joystick and a 4 pins on the usb green plate.

Don't worry about that, just plug it like shown.
