Sorry Newbee with NKS Gladiator Pro and Omni

Trying to get the Star Wars Squadron to recognize the Omni as a throttle. Currently, it only sees options of Buttons for throttle instead of Z axis or stick as a throttle. Can this be done without opening the unit and changing the springs etc.?

Pretty sure SWS is only 4DOF, so you'll only get pitch, roll and yaw on the right stick and throttle forward on the left stick.
