SCG- L as a throttle

Postby Curt_TX » Sat Aug 05, 2023 22:16

Good Day,

I'm using the SCG-L as a throttle; it used to work for me up until this morning when I flashed it with new firmware. Been using it this way since I bought it over two years ago.

Here's the setup:
Game: Star Citizen
- The spring has been removed for the Y Axis on the gimbal. I push forward for the desired speed and release the stick, speed is maintained and the position held.
- There was full range available for the throttle. Forward only. Stick back is 0 throttle, stick forward is full throttle.

Within Device Config, the throttle stays centered and will only move forward. Stick back is 50% throttle, stick forward is 100% throttle.
How can I get it back to my original set up of stick back is 0 and forward is 100%? Or 0-65535 from the test tab?

I've been messing with this for hours and it's driving me crazy.

I appreciate any help.

Select the device in VKBDevCfg, then press the Default button under the Tools tab.
After restart click Yes for the configure popup.
Before starting calibration from Start Calibr button make sure the grip is at the middle of pitch axis (Y), even if you have no springs on that axis.
The whole process here.
