Encoder wheel to mouse wheel?

So how to make any of those wheels act like a mouse wheel?

Activate the mouse.

Find the 2 buttons you want to assign in Profile/Buttons/Physical Layer, set them to Button if they're programmed as Encoder, then assign them to Mice, Wheel Up and Wheel Down.
Press Set to save.
