Hat/Thumb Button broke: How to repair/replace? Help/Instruction greatly appreciated

Dear fellow flight simmers,

I own a Kosmosima Premium (r), received in 2019,
and so far i was very happy with the product until now where a thumb button/hat broke off. See attached photos.

PS: I tried to attach photos, but I get a error (blank field popping up_ _HTTP-Error_) How can I send photos then?

I am a quite upset considering it was very expensive buy and built to last at least a decade. How can I repair this?
I tried with super glue, but to no avail. Held for 1 hour then broke off again.

I guess the hat needs to be replaced entirely. Luckily I own also the Kosmosimo premium for the left hand, which I dont use anymore.
And I thought may be I could use the hat from that stick as a spare part.

How to detach the hat on the left stick and install it into the right hand stick?

Where can I find a manual or instruction for that?
Has anyone ever done this or similar repair works?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
