GNX-SEM | Flaps | Change input depending on direction

Hello

I am looking for some help programing some buttons. Specifically, the flaps on the GNX-SEM. The default behavior is for each indent to correspond with one button press: Buttons 18,19,20,21.

I would like to assign a virtual button to 19 & 20 depending on the previous button.
For example if I start a 18 and move the lever up, then buttons 19,20 and 21 get pressed. But if I start at 21 and move the lever down, then the virtual buttons for 21 and 19 get pressed.

So moving the lever up then down might look something like this: 18,19,20,21,45,46,18

I am hoping that this makes the flaps a little more universal in IL2. Does anyone have any experience setting up the flaps like this? I tried messing with some boolean logic but couldn't figure it out.
