Using MCGU master mode as a button and changing the mode with some other key press

Postby Galwran » Sun Jan 15, 2023 15:09

Hi,
I would like to use the press on the mastermode ministick as a TDC button without the mode change functionality.

Instead I would like the mode change to require something else, like a long press with the side mounted pinky switch. Is this possible?

In order not to lose the central button of the ministick only for switching modes, there is a Tempo B function. By assigning a free button, you will get both the switch and the button by short pressing.

Thanks. What if I need to long press the TDC?

Can the mode change be made to happen by an other button or a combination?

You can choose a completely different button for the mode switch, not the central ministick. And customize as you like.

Great! Do you know how, or where to start?
