Mounting WW2 throttle to J-Pein deskmount?

Any suggestions on how to mount this? From the pictures I have seen there are no threaded posts under the THQ, or GNX-MFH
There are 4x threaded mounting points on the bottom...they accept M3 bolts/screws.
The ones on the drawing are 60.5mm apart in width, and 43mm apart in depth. Same mounting pattern for both the SEM and THQ, and while I don't have one, I presume the MFH.
