Shift and Mode Button on NXT EVO KG12

Hi all, I've recently received my new WWII NXT EVO joystick and I need to multiply the buttons in the joystick and in the base.

A friend had a Gladiator MK II and it had a mode button to change between modes, so all buttons could iniciate two different actions, one per mode.

Also it had a shift button in the stick to change the behavior of the buttons, so if you were pressing the shift button at the same time as them the sims recognised it as another button.

I suppose that this can be achieved using the DevConfig tool but I couldn't find a way to do it.

I would like to at least double the POV buttons using the side button as shift.

And if we can implement the mode button behavior with the top button of the joystick (also changing led color depending of the mode) would be incredible!

Can anyone help me with this?

I mainly fly gliders in Condor 2 and this joystick is the most similar one to a real glider joystick I could find. MKII looks more complete in terms of buttons but I couldn't find any available.

Edit: Then a Mode Button is just a Switch button type "Alternate" instead of "Momentary"?
