Gladiator NXT with MSFS 2020 configuring

Hello, I purchased a Gladiator NXT awhile back to solely work with MSFS 2020.
Unfortunately I haven't had any luck getting it working. I don't know if I can't follow directions properly or what.
Does anyone have a configuration/setup file I could load as a starting point to at least get me flying?
I appreciate any help?
