I have gun fighter pro twist. I thought it would be handy to use the little stick on the left side of the joystick as a virtual mouse. But I don’t know if that’s possible. I looked through the manual and tried to make sense of it and frankly I couldn’t. Is there an easy way to do this? Or is it even possible? Maybe it’s not even recommended? I don’t know much about the stuff.
Thanks.

Re: Virtual Mouse
Thanks for that information. I also wonder whether the little dial which is leftmost on the Modern Combat stick could also be used as a mouse instead of an axis?
Thanks again.

Re: Virtual Mouse
Can. Turn on the mouse in Global (relative, always on), set uSSw for POV2 (Tempo B, so as not to lose the button), set up the mouse on this stick in POVs. As a result, we have both a mouse and a switch (central button) of axes 5 and 6. That's it, we are happy.
Re: Virtual Mouse
Ron:
Sorry. You mention "POV2" but on the POV tab there is only one POV1 listed (POV1)which is that one that is labeled "Master Mode" on the stick. So is there a way to turn the "Gate Cont." dial to a POV?
As you can see, I'm kind of ignorant about all this and the manual has a lot of technical discussion that I really don't understand.
Thanks again.

Re: Virtual Mouse
Oh, things are starting to get interesting.
1. I turned on the global, as you said.
2. In the Profile button screen I turned on uSSw Tempo B and called it POV2
3. On POV tab for POV 2 I set that at LoRes 8w and output to "Mouse."
Now, the mouse works, but:
a. The clicking "button" doesn't work as a "mouse click" and;
b. If I HOLD the button, the mouse turns off altogether and becomes pretty much inert.
So, I guess Need to figure out what to do about a left mouse click and possibly a right mouse click.
Well, I am a lot closer than I ever though I would get.

Re: Virtual Mouse
OK, but when you program button eight as a left mouse button here’s what happens.
You can click. You can double click. However sometimes when you do double click, all it does is shut the mouse off completely. At that point you don’t have a mouse at all.. Basically the cursor becomes frozen in space until you double click some more and get the mouse moving again.
Also you cannot click and drag. An attempt to do that just freezes the mouse again as stated above.
Am I missing something?
Thanks.

Re: Virtual Mouse
Long pressing of the central button of the stick switches over to control of the 5th, 6th axis. If you don't need these axes at all, then you can program the central button for 3 pressing modes - short, long, double click through the Tempo function.
