SHIFT 1 and Cyclic switch

is it possible to put a cyclic switch on a shifted command?

You could both Shift as Cycle and Cycle a Shift :)

I would like to have on a "Shift" type button : a normal non-shifted position and on the "shifted" position a possibility to cycle a command ...
