More details please: which test page gets stuck? What exactly you're trying to bind? Device? Firmware/software version? Any background running softeeare like Aorus, Razer, Logitech?
Better post some screenshots in VKBDevCfg taken just before it's getting stuck.

It's just that when testing keyboard keys (ON Keyboard checkbox), you need to adhere to the rule - both enter and exit, in the reverse order. That is, to exit, you must first uncheck the Keybord checkbox and only then go to other tabs.
