i need a Gladiator NXT Marco
push and hold D1 (Button 5)
= 100mS WIN_LEFT
= hold Button 5
release D1 (Button 5)
= release Button 5
= 100mS WIN_LEFT
is that possible?

Try this:
(before starting - Logical button is output layer, Physical button is input layer)
First chart: lick on physical button 11/logical button 5 (1 in first chart) and set it up as Toggle (2 in first chart), with first actuation physical button 11 directed to logical button 5 (by default) (4) and second actuation physical button 49 directed to the same logical button 5 (5). Close the pop up.
Second chart: click on physical button 34/logical button 30 (1) and set it up as Generator (2), GT type with 10x10ms (3). Close the pop up.
Third chart: click on the one of the lower cells (1), set it up as Boolean (2), Operand1 is 5 Logical (3), Operation is JMP (4) and Operand2 is 34 Physical (5) (this connects button 5 Logical to button 34 Physical). Close the pop up.
Forth chart: click on another of the lower cells (1), set it up as Boolean (2) with Operand1 as 49 Logical (3), through JMP (4) to Operand2 34 Physical (5). Close the pop up.
Navigate to Action tab, then click on the Set button to save the changes into the joystick's memory.

need to add RPB ( Replica of Physical button) function - because the straight line D1 is overlapped by the Toggle function:
RPB can be located in any free space
In this circuit, you can still remove the second jumper, while the second output of the toggle switch must be short-circuited to the first (use only 1 button).
It's also possible to abandon the generator and jumpers altogether - If you set the pulse time for the toggle switch 100 ms :
