I followed the video instructions for replacing the ministick with the included HAT switch. The physical changes to the stick were successful.

However I am having issues configuring the HAT switch.

When I poll the buttons in Device Config v0.91.30, button 49 and 51 are constantly being pressed (A1 down and A1 left. If I press A1 push 66, the other two momentarily unpress.

How can I configure the HAT to function like the other three HATs on the stick?

OP is asking about a Gladiator K, do you have the same device or a GunFighter base?
