How to run VKBDevCfg-C in "expert" mode

The utility for setting up VKB devices is located here:
http://ftp.vkb-sim.pro/Programms/
- Run VKBDevCfg-C.exe (it's recommended to run VKBDevCfg in Admin mode - right click, select "Run as administrator")
- Open the "Settings" tab and click on the "Expert Mode" checkbox (no longer needed with VKBdevCfg v0_81_83)
- Close VKBDevCfg-C
- Next run the utility will start in Expert mode.
