Stem not working no lights

Postby mrgamingspirit » Tue Jul 07, 2026 22:25

I updated my s-tecs to v2.20c and after that my stem is not connecting anymore with the s-tecs base.
I have tried a differnt cabel and a default reset in the VKB device convig but nothing helped. It is also not showing up in the find & show tab.
It once did shortly connect but directly disconncted again.
USB-C ports should be fine nothing looks weird.

Can some maybe help with this problem?
Thanks

If updating the firmware was the only change, it probably means that the new firmware has a bug. Try some older versions of firmware from here (the Firmware section).

Thank you for the files. I have tried diferent firmware files but nothing changes the problem. Also with the differnt firmware it still dosn't find the stem in the find & show.

Make sure the connecting cable is plugged in properly at both ends, then reset to default and recalibrate.
