Momentary sensitivity reduction / "DPI clutch" functionality

Postby mos6502 » Tue Feb 18, 2025 10:01

Hi VKB and community - does anyone know if it's possible to program a button on a VKB Gladiator EVO Nxt for this? Conceptually, I'd like it to function like the DPI clutch on my Razer Basilisk mouse... while holding, input is deadened for temporarily enhanced precision.

Ideally it'd be cool to do it in the VKB Config software. Any method that would work however, I'd consider. Could be a really interesting enhancement to my spaceflight controls :D

Thanks and happy to be here, I own a pair of Gladiator EVO Nxt's and they're the best money I've ever spend on flight controls.

You can try the DR (p.91) or Curves (p.87) functions in the manual.

This works! Mapping DR to a button simply reduces input by a specified ratio (fast and easy), while mapping CRV temporarily applies a whole new curve (wow). Thank you!
