Is the Stem golden toggle switch able to set as an axis?
since it does rotate along with it toggle function.
Any advice on how to setup.

There is no sensor for lever spin - that part is too small for that with too many moving parts underneath, and it uses off-the-shelf hardware that was never designed for that purpose. So no.
