Using Throttle Wheel for two functions (Throttle & Collective)

New to this and fairly lost. Can I use the Throttle Wheel for two functions (Throttle & Collective)? I have spent hours using buttons and switch axis command without luck. Only using 6 axes, slider 1&2 available. My intent was to use Throttle wheel to roll-up throttle press a button to switch Axis and use wheel as Collective. My logic could be flawed and not possible. Do I need to use the Boolean function or Macro?
