Gladiator NXT/GNX WWII Throttle Combo Installation Manual

I am new to VKB products and just received my GNX WWII Throttle Combo. However, it did not come with documentation. I need a step by step installation manual to get me started. I need to know specifically how to finish the assembly; what software to load, how to link to specific games and how to configure.
