Trying to figure out how to make the NXT Slider1/2 into a "Throttle axes"
Not sure if im explaining it right but i looked at the base and to me it seemed like 3 different throttle axes. Is there a way to have a 3 operate that way instead of the sliders being buttons?

Do you mean En1 and En2 - the rotary encoders? They wont give an analog output (zero to 100) the throttle needs, they are rotary digital switches sending out pulses when turned.
In DCS there are some functions that allow either analog axis or digital (up a bit, down a bit) such as lighting, HUD brightness, etc. but not throttle.
