How to assign a button to emulate two buttons pressed together

Hi
How to assign a button to emulate as two buttons pressed together? I don't mean it as using Shift or Alt or Ctrl combination. But more like a combination of two physical joystick buttons or two letters in keyboard pressed together. Tks.
