VKB OFFICIAL CLARIFICATION regarding our NA web store

VKB is switching to working in the United States directly.

There is no change in VKB operations in North America other that we're not working through the dealer anymore, but directly from our US location.
This way we'll be able to have a better control over shipping and also provide more products from the US store.

We made this transition during Chinese New Year holidays so there was no disruption of service.

Pre-February'26 orders are being delivered and there is no whatsoever changes in warranty and after-sales procedures.

The web store URL is the same: https://www.vkbcontrollers.com/
In fact, everything is the same, except obvious changes in bank/payment particulars.

There is really not much more to say! Business as usual.

Glad to see things are slowly normalise. Unfortunately all of my order history disappeared. I used the same email as before, any ideas?

We don't use the old database on the new store, but that will not impact our existing customers in any way.
