Compatibility.
Needless to say - everything is compatible and retrocompatible across the whole GNX lineup. SCG, KG12 and F-14 grips from new EVO are good on original GNX, and grips from your original GNX are good on EVO.
SEM, THQ, FSM modules are 100% compatible and switchable between original GNX and EVO.

Base only version will be made available, just not at the same time when the EVO hits the stores.

the 3 way switch should be available to purchase separately as an upgrade to the premium base. the software already allows the encoders to be programmed as 3 way auto centering switches and the encoder rollers are entirely useless. it wouldn't make sense to not have an upgrade path for these given a) the amount of time your techs put into the programming software and b) the idea that the nxt is supposed to be interchangeable and customizable. if there's a reason this cant be done. please let the community know.

It's so annoying because I've been checking the shop every day since then to get a chance to order them before they sell out. The bad thing is that it will take even longer for the EU shop to be available.

I'd just placed my order on the AU store for my Omni throttle, but as soon as I saw this, emailed them and ask them to hold the order until this was available!

Those dry clutches are a game-changer, though I do wonder if this is a TECS killer...Obviously die-hard flight simmers would still get it on release, but the versatility of this, especially as an omni, truly is a godsend for us more casual simmers who want to fly jets, space ships, arcade-y games like Project Wingman, and the like.

Do you perhaps know how much time passes between US release and EU release? I wanted to buy the standard NXT but now that the EVO is coming up I don't mind waiting for it. A general estimation would be great! Thank you everyone for your work.

Hard to say, as there are many factors involved, but shouldn't be longer than a week, compared to the US shop, for the airdrop option to be made available in EU store.

Do you have an idea when stock will become available through your AliExpress store, will it happen at the same time as the US shop, or might it take a bit longer?
