It's actually a bit longer than 2 weeks, but that's the major holiday in China.

I'm not meaning to sound impatient because I'm really excited and placed my order on the 27th but my order still says processing today (the 9th). Are orders being shipped out in batches?

Our head office works at 100% capacity already, but that's the case with a lot of other Chinese companies. So the pressure on the couriers is really high. They will catch up slowly with all the orders, there's no other way. Needs a bit of patience though
