This is incredible. I am SO happy you guys posted this because I was about to cave in and buy a Virpil but not anymore!!! I'm waiting patiently for this bad boy. Super excited. One question if anyone knows the answer feel free but do the analog thumb sticks count as hat switches/buttons for DCS? actions like TMS/DMS for the Viper and RDR cursor that are bound to buttons in DCS, will it work with that analog thumbstick? (TMS up is a POV up physical button on my hat switch) Im sure you can bake the axis into a button but hey, I want to make sure beforehand.

Those ministicks could get replaced with HAT switches; but they would work as you desire even as ministicks, as the ministicks could be programmed to swap from buttons mode to axes mode by a button press (even in axes mode one could assign buttons to that axes). So the problem is not having them working as desired, the problem would be to decide which way to use them

When will the pre-orders for both the base, and the grip together go live? Which base will it be sold with? I don't plan on using extensions. I prefer side stick.

First batch has been sold out. The second batch is being worked on these days, but I don't want to give a certain date for shop arrival.
They would be sold individually and also as a package with the GunFighter MKIII base.

Just received my VKB Ultimate and the small screw need to lock out the grip twist mechanism is missing. Can someone fro VKB verify the orders are being shipped with this item missing, can you provide some information on the size of the screw? Thanks

Sorry Outlaw for the missing part. The screw is M3x8mm, even 10mm fits. If you can't find it locally please fill up a service ticket.
