It doesn't say if they have the exact one you want in stock as you have to send a pic of the base apparently and they'll check the stock then so it could end up being 2-3 weeks before your order would be shipped.

And, apart from an upgrade kit, does the new Gunfighter MK.III actually come with an upgraded gimbal, or is that the same? Essentially, does the upgrade kit modify the MK.II to full specs of MK.III?

The 3 products you have listed are the upgrading your MKII base to MKIII. The rest of the components (the gymbal) is the same in both.
