It's now well into November and still no pre order available. Will preorder date be the same for the USA and Europe? I'm based in the UK. So will be preordering through the European distributor.

I am sure it will. It would work like anything you'd be programming it.

So, 10% off if you brought the F-14 from HB? Does that apply to buying the module from the DCS website or from the HB website?

CORRECTION (my first reply was wrong):
- if you buy the game module first, and wish to have a 10% discount for the grip, VKB will not care where you bought the module. You may buy it from HB home shop, or from Eagle Dynamics, we don't care - both HB and ED will be issued with coupons and we will accept them regardless.
- if you bu the grip first, then probably you will prefer to buy the module from HB home shop, as it is still unlikely any of HB's resellers will get coupons from HB.

So, when it's ready to preorder, will it show up on the "vkb standalone grips" page of the website or do we have to email you guys?

It _is_ ready... we're waiting for the green light from Heatblur, they're fixing their shop system to accept 3rd party coupons.And yes it will be in store. Buying it you will automatically collect a coupon for the F14 module at Heartblur shop. If you go to HB first, you will get a coupon for the grip.
If you already have a module bought from HB or DCS, get a coupon from them (they should be sending emails, if you don't get one, just ask them).

Good question, and thanks for popping it up. We need to work it out. We will. You won't be left out. How, is hard to say now, but you won't, and you won't have to wait extra time either.

Not cancelling what I had said above I however need to make clear that while Heatblur and DCS are our trusted partners, Steam is not (yet). Some specificity of that platform makes it unlikely that we reach agreement with them any time soon.
At the same time we are not going to leave guys like @aniron overboard.
Therefore, for now the provisional decision is that to those who had purchased their modules through Steam before 1 Dec (date may be adjusted to later time) we will provide the same discount on individual basis via email. Those who are looking to purchase the module through Steam later, be warned: we are not promising any discount.

So, in order to get a discount code that will be recognized by the VKB Europe store once they get it in stock, do I contact Eduard or sales@vkb-sim.pro with the Steam receipt/proof of purchase?
