I know this is an old thread, but any idea when the upgrade kit will come back into stock? I would like to get the kit and a grip for my gladiator.
I'm in Canada so would need to order via the NA store.

I hope they plan on making more. I have definitely been talking it up to my group - I am SO pleased with this Space Gladiator! (if you did not know, that is the device name after the upgrade)

I want to upgrade my Gladiator also, including metal gimbal, if I wasn't dreaming when I thought I saw that, existant but out of stock, on the VKB website.

I do not believe there is a metal gimbal for the Gladiator MkII. I will say I do not feel it is necessary. It is very light and easy to move, I prefer it to other joysticks I have had that are very stiff.

Is there any way to upgrade the Gladiator Pro model?

Sorry upgrade Gladiator Pro to use the new grips? Ideally it would be great that I could swap grips with my Gladiator Pro and my Gunfighter Mk 3

There's no official kit to upgrade the Gladiator Pro, which is RevA (it is RevA and not 5pin, right?) to RevB, but send a request to sales@vkb-sim.pro and maybe someone would put together the needed cables and connectors and give you a price on it. But RevA grips are still being made, so you don't necessarily have to upgrade.
