As a current GF owner, I don't mind the wait. VKB's workload is already high without prioritising/preferentially treating returning customers, and it's only fair that new customers are treated the same.

FWIW, good consistent customer service is as important as keeping customers updated. I expect VKB EU and NA will do a sterling job, just like last time.

I don't mind, I ended up upgrading to a Pro and no I'm seeing that the regular shipment is also being pushed up. I'm honestly relieved that I did switch up, cause I wanted the Pro from the beginning, just cut back because of holiday expenses.

I wish to know the tweaks done to the base gimbal so I can modify the one I have to include them, or buy the parts to upgrade it.

Logging into the website every 5 minutes to see if I can see tracking information is painful, seeing the still "Processing" is like getting each of your individual teeth drilled down to the roots.

Honestly it looks like more was done for accessibility than anything else to improve performance. On the plus side Ranger it does look like shipping started, I received the tracking number for my grip today. Guess I misread what group I was lumped into, very happy to not have to wait until Feb..

There are no pre-orders in Europe. There is a huge shipment to EU scheduled middle of this month. As soon as the goods are in EU and customs-cleared, you will be able to order from EU dealer site. There will be surely enough devices in that shipment, so no need for pre-ordering.

I am also in the US, still waiting on a confirmation for a Pro/Pro order. Any clarification or information would be greatly appreciated.

To ALL North America customers with similar questions:
We can not follow every individual order, sorry but I hope it is understandable.
This is NOT to say that we don't care if your order was shipped out 3 weeks ago but hasn't reached you yet.
It's been only a bit more than a week since the first batch was sent out. New Year holidays, plus Xmas post service overload.
The last remaining MCG orders were sent out last Friday.
There is hardly any point in panicking  your orders might be around the corner.
Please bear.
Normally orders start showing up within a week, but given all the holidays turmoil, I would say 10 to 12 days would be a totally safe waiting time.
If your order doesn't appear at your back door by then, start PMing me with order numbers. Not before.
I'm sure by then 99% will already have arrived.
Waiting sucks, I know.
Sorry for that.
Best Regards,
AeroGator

When should we expect a tracking number for the recently shipped orders?
