Hi everyone,

I am happy to announce that I am now part of the VKB team, and I will provide support for our existing customers in the USA and Canada, as well as future sales of VKB products as they become available.

I was in the same boat when I first read about the loss of the initial NA support. Having only discovered VKB a couple of years ago, it quickly grew on me and I wanted to own a Mamba ever since! Not being able to get VKB products (and support) here in the USA (and Canada) swiftly and easily would have been a great blow to VKB's reputation and sales, so I am more than happy step in and help.

I see this as an opportunity to involve the community a lot more when it comes to providing news and information, as well as a friendly point of contact for providing support whenever needed.

Since we're just getting started, we're still working on the logistics (official email address for support, official webstore, etc) - so bear with us!

rrodhe,Great to hear that you are taking on the job. I have had an order in to Amazon for a Gladiator Pro for over two months ,and still no good. Last week I put in an inquiry to VKB Europe, and still no reply, so I'm not too thrilled at the moment! Please keep us informed of your progress, as I'd love to be a customer!
