Official announcement about relation between VKB and Stratojet

Here is the official announcement from VKB team:
Our contract with Stratojet has been finished. For some reason, we both party will no longer continue our business relationship.

Thanks to all whom give VKB products strong support. All after-sales service in North America will be handled under VKB team.

We apologize if this cause confusion to our dear clients. Our order for goods is under going. You can kindly get contact with VKB Europe (vkb@flightsimcontrols.com) or with VKB team directly (sales_en@vkb-sim.pro).
New USA representative is under negotiation.

Is this the result of a total lack of communication between the compagnies aswell their customers?

this is not as worrying as it might look. VKB is currently working on a solution for customers in the US and Canada.
