When will order taking resume

Could someone please let us know when order entry will resume so we don't have to keep checking back several times a day to place orders for items and especially parts we need?

So this was not true

Orders are temporarily paused while VKB-Sim HQ out of China makes changes.

Effective February 7, 2026, VKB North America's partnership with VKB-Sim has come to an end as a result of decisions made by VKB-Sim HQ. We no longer serve as their authorized U.S. vendor or representative in any capacity. Existing warranty claims will continue to be processed through our current ticket system, and all open tickets are being handled as usual. We are deeply grateful to the many customers who have ordered with us over the past 9 years.

Just invested a lot of money and was about to spend some more and now up the creek without a paddle.
