Cannot access support website provided by ticket

Hello. US customer here. I opened a ticket and the support email stated to click a link to check the status or update it. I did so and I keep receiving the attached error message. How this can be resolved? Why Im not authorized? i cannot even reset my password. Thanks

If you already sent the ticket you should get all the replies on email and reply from there too, so you don't really need to use the ticketing system anymore.

Thanks for the signal. We will definitely ask the maintenance guys to follow the case. This is not the way the site should behave, regardless whether your ticket gets answered, or whatever.
Sorry for that - the shop is far from maturity age, software might give some more surprises as time goes. We will try to deal with such occurrences one by one as they show up.

In the meantime, here is what you can do to clarify your ticket status:
1 - leave a short message at the shop site
2 - leave a short email message to the shop operator
It'd be wise to mention the error message issue there, too.
